Kelly Brooks-Bay has written stories all her life. She has used stories to work with students and children as a school counselor. Kelly earned her Master's Degree in Counselor Education in 2008 at the University of Maine.
The Rainbow Pants is her first published work, but she has written for many online publications. Kelly lives in Maine with her hardworking and supportive husband and three fantastic sons.
