One of Maine's most popular authors Barbara Ross returns to Books in Boothbay for the 2021 season with her latest Maine Clambake Mystery Shucked Apart (book number 9 in the series). Barbara is also the author of the Jane Darrowfield Mysteries. Her
books have been nominated for multiple Agatha Awards for Best Contemporary
Novel and have won the Maine Literary Award for Crime Fiction. Barbara used to live in Boothbay Harbor and her Clambake Series town, while fictional, is located in the exact same spot. Currently, Barbara lives in
